I hate writing vows for Luke and lorelai for 'Expecting a miracle'.. I made Luke have a simple one, simply because he's not much of a talkative guy so to make him have a wonderful speech.. well it doesn't seem fitting.. I want Lorelai's vow to have significance..

why are you writing vows...

I hate writing wedding scenes. I would rather just skip over it. I also hate writing proposals.

I have only done one fic with a wedding...vows and all and it wasn't for the gg fandom.

ETA:

The song I used for the video is "Like lovers do" by heather nova. I just rewatched my seaosn 2 felicity dvd and that song inspired me.

I wrote vows for my fic 'Expecting a Miracle'

I learned that writing weddings/vows and such isn't my fav part either.. or maybe it's because it was an LL wedding... I'm not good at writing that couple..

LOL. Thats why you need to be a double shipper to write such scenes LOL...but they are hard no matter what....especially if you don't want it to stand too cheesy.
