My dad conned my mom and I into helping him pick out our X-mas tree (he bribed us with Wendy's--

) despite the fact that it is freakin' windy outside. And cold. But there were 9-week-old Chow puppies there and they were the cutest and fluffiest things ever. The lady offered to let me hold one but I was afraid I'd want to steal it if I did.

The last couple of days are really catching up to me. I'm sooooo tired.

Its easier and cheaper for me

I got a tree for super cheap a few years ago after Christmas so I have been using that

just a quick visit to let you guys that most likely I will be back on Monday. I did something bad and had kept that hidden for a long time now (no I didn't kill anyone ) and it came out this weekend and resulted in some sort of nervous breakdown and I was diagnosed with the burn out syndrome so you guys really don't need to worry I just need a few days to myself and while I can't undo what I did I maybe can finally accept it so can breathe a bit easier now. See you soon guys

I know! Craziness.

My dad likes real ones so we always get a real one. We used to cut down our own but a few years ago discovered Earl May (a local garden place) has a really nice selection so he decided to start buying them there. He considered buying a nice artificial one but ultimately decided he'd rather keep buying the real ones.

He hasn't put the lights on yet and he does that before we decorate it so we'll probably put the ornaments on tomorrow or Monday. I think you have the right idea, though, making your niece and nephew do it.

He also finished getting his outside stuff up today. We're afraid to turn everything on at once now, though, for fear of blowing out the neighborhood electricity.

Seriously you need to not keep stuff bottled up, that would help you so much. Remember I am always here, and I am not biased cause I don't know you in RL, that makes it so much better

Cupcakes just came out of the oven, they look good

Its torture having to wait to frost them. Now we just need motivation to go get the tree out of my garage. My niece just asked where the tree was and groaned at my response. Such a lazy girl

I got a good deal on LEd lights, look so much better then my old ones. Makes my tree look so much better.

I haven't watched the Home Alone movies in forever. I was looking through our Christmas-themed collection last night. In a couple of weeks, once all my TV is on hiatus, I will get down to the serious business of plowing through it before Christmas.
