Cause in the promo they showed Blairs face when Chuck left and in the episode not

When Chuck was at Blairs while she was with Carter, when he walked out of the room they didn't show her face while they did in the promo

I hate when networks do that. Or they cut the scene entirely. I can't remember what show it was but they used to use clips and then the scene wouldn't even be in the episode.

Gogi did that too with 2x15 they actually shot the scene when Chuck left Blair in her bed and tucked her in. At least that's what I'm heard from rumores.
