It isn't, my boss just don't get it that it won't work. They get another co worker just not for my position so they a one more guy but it diesn'T change the thing that my co workers will need to do things they shouldn't do cause it's not in there job description. I hate it

I know, but it doesn't stopp me for feeling bad for them. IT's kind of sad that everyone knows it that there are going to be problems and my boss is like 'Jess make sure to show them everything so they know' I do, of course I do but it's not their job to make that. I wouldn'T be surprised if everything is going to fall apart there.
