I'm wonderingif this charity event has to do with some kind of institution that Scott Paterson's brother in law directs.

Sometime ago, I read an interview wn which SP was saying that being an actor allowed him to reaise money for a medical institution in which his brother in law was in charge.

That could explai why GG and the actors of the series are envolved i the event indifferent ways.
