I think it's difficult and all but I think they can be friends, I hope they do, it's hard I would think cause like your friend says at one point or another one might fall for the other, which is the case we are hoping in this case, but who knows. LOL.

he could have been invited and then accidentally he got locked in her room you know those things can happen or there was a blackout and he helped her and went with her to get some candles and the they got locked together, what to do with a hot guy during a blackout???

but honestly a text for a birthday? it's a bit like yeah yeah it's your birthday, I don't know I do not text my friends for birthday or anyone I do remember their birthday (thank god for alerts honestly)

a phonecall is the least that you can do.

I write text messages to birthday but just for those I haven'T seen in a while or I don'T have contact anymore, liked old class mates. Just to show that I still know that they have birthday.

They don'T have contact right now, so I think a message is a possibility.
