Very nice light layer of stubble, looks good with his suit and all.
I think it boils down to lazyness, he isn't working right now, so why not relax a little bit in that dept! Im not a fan of shaving legs, so I can understand that. We gotta shave more often though than guys, its sucks

I doubt it is laziness, because then he would grow his hair again

Maybe all the baby face talk is getting to him, and he wants to look closer to his age, which he does with some stubbles. And it looks good so why not?
