Below you can find all basic information about all the movies Matt has played in so far. Any future projects that we'll learn about will also be put here so we have an up to date list for you.

19th Wife (2010)
Role: Jordan
Synopsis: The story follows a fundamentalist sect of First Church of Latter Day Saints of which member BeckyLyn (Patricia Wettig) is a member. She is accused of killing her husband. Queenie (Chyler Leigh), another wife in the sect, doesn't believe BeckyLyn is guilty and reaches out to her ex-communicated son, Jordan (Czuchry), for help. But when Queenie and Jordan start asking questions about the night of the murder, they quickly see all is not what it seems.

I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell (2009)
Role: Tucker Max
Synopsis: Tucker decides to take an impromptu trip to celebrate his friend's bachelor party. He drags his friend into a lie with his fiancée, gets him into trouble and then abandons him in order to pursue a hilarious carnal interest. Tucker is disinvited to the wedding, and in order to get back in, Tucker has to find a way to balance his narcissism with the demands of friendship.

Synopsis:

Linda Davenport (Mary Mara, K-PAX, A Civil Action) is struggling with the decision to place her elderly, live-in father Ernie (Alan Young, The Time Machine, Mr. Ed) in a retirement home. Ernie is sweet, sensitive and insightful, yet since suffering a stroke, he spends his quiet time quietly longing for beloved Emily, his deceased wife. His presence in the Davenport home has caused tension with Linda's husband Michael (Alex McArthur, As Good As Dead) and temperamental teenage daughter Emily (Danielle Harris, Urban Legend, City Slickers), who not only bears her grandmother's name but also a striking resemblance to her.

Sensing his burden, Ernie packs a bag and hits the road for a journey across country to visit his wife's grave on their anniversary. Along the way, Ernie meets a sympathetic college student Chase (Matt Czuchry, Hack, Swimming Upstream) who is touched by Ernie's wisdom and charm and offers him a ride. From there, Ernie encounters a fascinating cast of characters, including a lovesick mechanic, a fast-talking drag queen and a pair of bumbling criminals who use Ernie to unwittingly rob a convenience store.

Meanwhile, the Davenport family is beside themselves with grief and guilt over the missing Ernie. They receive a call from a police station where Ernie is held for his involvement with the robbery. Mary and Emily travel to reach him but it is too late - Ernie escaped, determined to reach his destination and be with his wife once again. Through a twist of fate, Ernie's family and all those who shared in his adventure come together at the gravesite to witness he and young Emily have one final dance.

Synopsis: Welcome to Splendona High School in Splendona, Texas--where football players, cheerleaders and beauty queens rule the hallways. Starla Grady, the most popular girl in school, is on top of it all. That is, at least, until Genevieve Le Plouff drops into her world. Genevieve, a foreign exchange student from Paris, moves in with Starla's family in an attempt to help boost Starla's grade in French class, and thus, keep her from getting kicked off the cheerleading squad. At first glance, Genevieve appears to be the typical fish out of water--following Starla around with unwavering admiration of her wonderful life. However, when Genevieve is featured on the front of the school newspaper, telling her tale of misfortune, Starla feels the tide of her perfect world begin to shift.

Swimming Upstream (2002)
Role: Morris Bird III
Synopsis: Morris' family is far from perfect. While growing up, Morris faced obstacles most youngsters only read about. His mother died of cancer, and it is possible his father assisted his wife's death to spare her the pain of her last agonizing moments. Morris is still uncertain about his father's innocence or guilt. But despite his troubled history, Morris is hopeful: he falls in love with one of his classmates, Julie Sutton and does well at school. But after an injury during a soccer game, Morris discovers shocking news about his future.
