  Synopsis:
  
  Linda Davenport (Mary Mara, K-PAX, A Civil Action) is struggling with the decision to place her elderly, live-in father Ernie (Alan Young, The Time Machine, Mr. Ed) in a retirement home. Ernie is sweet, sensitive and insightful, yet since suffering a stroke, he spends his quiet time quietly longing for beloved Emily, his deceased wife. His presence in the Davenport home has caused tension with Linda's husband Michael (Alex McArthur, As Good As Dead) and temperamental teenage daughter Emily (Danielle Harris, Urban Legend, City Slickers), who not only bears her grandmother's name but also a striking resemblance to her.
  
  Sensing his burden, Ernie packs a bag and hits the road for a journey across country to visit his wife's grave on their anniversary.   Synopsis: Welcome to Splendona High School in Splendona, Texas--where football players, cheerleaders and beauty queens rule the hallways. Starla Grady, the most popular girl in school, is on top of it all. That is, at least, until Genevieve Le Plouff drops into her world. Genevieve, a foreign exchange student from Paris, moves in with Starla's family in an attempt to help boost Starla's grade in French class, and thus, keep her from getting kicked off the cheerleading squad. At first glance, Genevieve appears to be the typical fish out of water--following Starla around with unwavering admiration of her wonderful life. However, when Genevieve is featured on the front of the school newspaper, telling her tale of misfortune, Starla feels the tide of her perfect world begin to shift.

• Swimming Upstream (2002)
  Role: Morris Bird III
  Synopsis: Morris' family is far from perfect. While growing up, Morris faced obstacles most youngsters only read about. His mother died of cancer, and it is possible his father assisted his wife's death to spare her the pain of her last agonizing moments. Morris is still uncertain about his father's innocence or guilt. But despite his troubled history, Morris is hopeful: he falls in love with one of his classmates, Julie Sutton and does well at school. But after an injury during a soccer game, Morris discovers shocking news about his future.

Yeah Mary Jane last dance because I also didn't noticed a girl with the name Mary Jane I thought there could be a second version but it's just this one "New best fried" with the same maincast

I'm a amazon fan but you need a credit card for the internation amazon, I asked my Mom a few weeks ago if she could bye me the dvd but she is not a fan of international delivery

Gilmore Girls isn't enough i still wish he would play in a movie like Final Destination, a movie where had always great young acotors
