that was a popular speculation before it was announced that the first episode happens a few months after the funeral. Of course there always flashbacks, who knows? But i am sure even if we don't see it that Logan is going to attend the funeral no matter what the status with Rory is at that time.

I think that what we knew was that she'd been dating this Paul guy for a couple of years, Luke and Lorelai don't know him, and they break up in Winter after Rory forgets their two-year anniversary..

Since it really is not like Rory to forget anything, I guess something happens in Winter that makes her forget?

It's weird we haven't heard any casting news on this Paul guy, though. Maybe ASP did change the story?

I guess since apparently Rory has been living in London for a while, Paul, if he indeed exists, could very well be British...

Yet more positive "spoilers" ! Any Logan-Lorelai scenes are a plus for us, IMO.

Heck, even Ausiello saying that Rory's choice it's going to be "polarizing" could be viewed as favorable, considering how Logan is perceived outside of the Sophie and Logan fandom camp...I don't recall Ausiello as being much of a Logan fan...
