I cried too... the goodbye scene was the only scene in the finale that teared me up

Yeah....well the goodbye scene really was the saddest scene in the finale..and the only one with my crying....I don't cry that much while watching tvshows so that said a lot

funerals on TV shows most of the times make me cry, not always though.. goodbye scenes are a good tearjerker for me too.. especially this one...

And that soft, trembling voice. Matt just infused those lines with so much love, passion, sadness that it was one of the most beautiful things I've heard on tv in awhile.

Anyway, I'm reviving this thread, because 2006 is coming to it's end and what were according to you the best Logan moments of the year... (Sophies ones can also be discussed in the Sophies thread )

I'm just naming one now, but one of my favorites is the one where Logan comes to Paris' her apartment and tells Rory his speech, about how he thought things would be hard but they weren't in the end.
To me that was a great sign that showed how Logan has grown the previous season. He put his heart on the line, and that's something new to him. I love seeing this more serious side of him every once in a while.

and i love what Matt does with his hands to make his point clear..

I like how MC has the ability to create a character and evolve it when needed without changing his scense, because if you see how was Logan in his beginings and now you can discover some differences but at the same time he is still the same in the bottom.

Over the seasons and episodes Logan has been changing from an inmature spoiled kid into a responsible man, without loosing his quirkiness, charming, self confidence and love for Rory; and in general all his personal characteristics like the smirk, the way he looks Rory when she goes on a on about something, his tenderness when he touches her, etc.

The spontanious person that has been inside of him since day 1 is still there, just a bit different now.

I think over the past seasons he became a more loving person.. Not that he didn't care for anyone in the past, because we know he cares about his sister, his friends, and I know he cares about his parents deeply, every kid does.. But I think he became loving in a different way, and experienced that in a different way. I think he also learned how it feels to be loved for who you are, not for your money.

My favorite moments ... uhh, very hard to choose one ...

first of all I like the scene in 6.17 ... yes, the speech of Logan in front of Paris' appartment ... I would've went home with him too
Then of course, the couch scene in Partings where Logan was so cute in asking her to tell him not to go (was this sentence ok? ) --- and the goodbye scene ... great acting from both of them ... the chemistry was amazing ... and looks really real ... that was the sixth season ...

In the 7th season I loved the 7.05 scene on the roof ... OMG that was so ... and after that every talk they had ... I loved to see how much they care, how much they are committed to each other and how much they grow together ... and, that's the most important point here: I want to see much more of this!!!
