I think, although we know Matt would have been in season 8 would gives a high chance that they would get back together again, I have a hard time to imagine them that they find they way back together. And that's the questions I can't answer. There are so many post season 7 fics out there but there wasn't one where I thought: Wow that could really happening in a season 8.

I made an attempt with a fic (still not finished ) but its hard to think of something.. Even my own attempt is not something I see happening on the show itself.

i guess it's hard to imagine how they would meet and talk and fix things after everything they've been through but i really think it's possible...

i don't really think they could have done perfectly in the show if they would only have the 8. season for it bc it would make it hart to believe (at least for me) that they just found their way back together this easily and fast, when everyone knows how complicated their relationship really was... how many things they put on it, and how many things they lost when they ended... so i really do not know how they would have done it fast but still easy enough to imagine the truth behind it...

i guess it's tough and that's why it's easier to see something as a possible way to the future in ficss than try to find out what the actual writers would have done... just bc what if the 8. season would start out as a really popular one (wirterstrike and everything) and than they would already know they get one more... it's an entirely different story from there as well....

I am with Karen here I am not like Rory's biggest fan and all but to be honest I have faith that he would be bck to make things right, they said that the reason the show ended the way it did, it was cause they all though there'd be a season 8th, if they would have known I don't think that would have happen.
