Diane and Alicia are representing Charles Clay III. He was the dead man's boss and if I understand it all right, is accused of making the decision to change a cartoon so that it used Muhammad and got Sanborn killed.

There are new pics at CBS for Heart. Sorry; I don't know how to get them.

So the title is Heart and not Heat. I like it.

From the casting call: In his mid 40s to early 50s, distinguished looking in a country club sort of way, he is the state insurance commissioner, a life-long friend of Peter's

so there is a link between the case and Peter, beside the social one, to justify the Will/Alicia/Peter scene

Yes, I think it's related to the case, I can't see other reasons for Will to be there with Alicia and Peter, at least not so soon.
The enviroment seems very relaxed (Alicia bringing tea makes me smile). And I'm curious how Will and Peter will be introduced.

Yes, they are Isaiah F. (the young) and Jeremiah F. (the old), the pastors to whom Peter asks for repentance.
