weird ending for a series finale....
I did read R.King/M.King's response to the ending though, that did start to make more sense.

Definitely weird.

But I applauded Diane at 4am for that slap

I think it sucks their relationship went down the tubes, but Alicia did it to herself, she should have known better.

I am glad we got to see Cary teaching though, it made me feel like he is ending up in a good place, which is all we can ask for.

I haven't seen the finale other then that and recaps don't really mention Cary but teaching is cool!

Well given that Alicia is not the alicia from season 1 and a little Peter-esque, I think she deserved that slap. Alicia was not the moral woman she once was.

Yeah he didn't have a lot of scenes, I think 3, but at least the scenes we got with him were good ones, at least to me.

Alicia has changed so much! Especially this season, she is a totally different person. She went way too far with Diane, she totally deserved that slap.

Not at all, I applauded it from the moment I saw it. I figured something was coming after that courtroom scene.
