| Here are who I believe the other characters would represent after watching the movie Persuasion I haven't read the book. I am not saying this characters are exactly like them just how they remind me of. Lorelai= Lady Russel she is Anne's godmother in the book. She is a good natured friend but sort of has her own ideas of who Anne should be with Finn= Harvel Captain Wentworth friend and confident Louisa= Louisa Musgrove as Rory pointed she is bubbly and short of the anti Anne the way Louisa is the anti Rory. However she does happiness with someone else in the end. David= Well Anne was single in the book although courted by her husband. However I think him being the cousin of Louisa sort of gives the story the irony as to how they meet again. Like in Persuasion Louisa is Anne's brother in Laws sister. Anne brother in law did want to marry her at some point. So in a small sense sort of is the Charles character. | |||
