Distinct possibility. Diane even made the all-hands-on-deck comment so she'll certainly be around. Again, probably just depends on Cary's case involvement.

Its kinda funny that right after she said that, they showed the promo for next week that was all related to Will and Alicia

I could have predicted the promo weeks ago, though. Duh. That old scene with Peter that starts it was lucky to make it in there.

It sounds like everything kind of revolves around the case despite the promo, though. Or the case is at least a catalyst for it so...
