Their story

Lorelai "... So, um, you must be Logan."
Logan "Uh, yeah."
Lorelai: "I'm Lorelai."
Logan "Well, nice to meet you"

RORY: I didn’t think you’d want to come to dinner.
Lorelai "Why not?"
Rory "Well, it’s at their house, first of all, and I don’t know how you feel about the Logan situation."
Lorelai "Hey, this guy is in your life and I want to know him. Don’t you want me to know him?"
Rory "Of course I want you to know him."

Lorelai "You're seriously here to ask for my help with Rory? This is not a joke?"
Logan "I'm going for broke here."
Lorelai "Well...you got moxie, my friend, I'll give you that."
Logan "I think I get it from my dad."
Lorelai "I hate your dad."
Logan "Me too. See? We have things in common, you and me. Maybe this isn't so crazy."

Logan "I'm really, really sorry about this."
Lorelai "Oh, hey, it's okay. It was fun while it lasted. [pause] No one understands letting family down better than I do."

Logan "Look, I got to run out and take care of a few things. Good to see you, Lorelai."
Lorelai "Thanks. Good to see you..."

Lorelai to Rory "I'm happy that you're happy. Thanks. He's not half bad, that kid. He's almost okay."

Logan "Yeah. But I don't want to act like that in front of you. I mean, for one thing, the whole self-flagellation thing -- it’s kind of embarrassing, and I just I want you to think well of me."

Lorelai "And you're a serious guy. Look, you don’t have to convince me. I voiced my concerns, and you told me your plans. We had pie. I'm cool."
Logan "Thank you. I appreciate that. That means a lot to me."
Lorelai "Oh. You're welcome."

7.18 was definitely the best Lolo episode we got, although we got not the scene from the side where Lorelai tlaked with Rory about Logan.

I think in the sides Logan went with the kid in the maze and Lorelai said to Rory something like that she is glad to know him better.?

I guess they changed the script then, because I think if we got that scene, then we wouldn't have had the scene with Rory and Logan heading into the maze together?!

Maybe they changed it after they decided to split them up a few eps later. A few people talked about the RL moment in the maze when they stopped not sure which way to go.

After thep ep. I few thought that the scene was some hint for the fans that Rory and Logan would go seperate ways in the end.

Oh and I read the sides again. I think they just cut the scene out cause they could have made both scenes. Logan just walked away with the kid and not in the maze, and got back to the Girls later.

Really?! First time I heard about it.. Though I may have missed that comment during the many many posts that were on the spoiler thread at that time

It's a shame that the S7 dvd doesn't have much extras.. but its always better then the NOTHING on the S6 dvd.
