He is a hard worker, not saying that Alicia isnt either.But he has more time than her obviously being she has the kids and all that, sometimes it pays to be single and childless when you are first starting out at a job, especially in those circumstances they are under!

haha, I don't think he will be making that mistake again. He does need this job more than Alicia, being he is just starting out, she already has a lot going for her with her history, and her name will get her a job anywhere I would think, she uses her name too often to get ahead of the game, one thing that I don't like about her.

Its super annoying! It happens to me all the time, Ive lost out on so many jobs because of it, its sad. Just because I don't know somebody who works there doens't mean Im not just as qualified! I feel for Cary's situation, he probalby feels he has to work more being he has to compete with someone like Alicia, thats alot to deal with.

I know, it sucks big time Its basically they either keep both of them, or get ride of Cary, unless something big happens in the next couple episodes. But its sad, I don't want Alicia to loose out either, she is a good lawyer, sure she uses her name a lot, but anybody in her situation would too. Thats all she knows what to do, being she has been involved with someone in politics for so long.

Firing Alicia is not going to happen, so all we have to hope for that they get a third partner that brings money to keep Cary too
