CBS - In an emergency courtroom set up in a hospital, Alicia and Will battle Patti Nyholm (Martha Plimpton) and an insurance company that refuses to pay for life-saving in-utero surgery. I so wanted to do a write up of it tonight, but Im too tired to focus on that. I would have to rewatch the episode and and do a write up, thats takes a while for me, I take my time while watching it. Ive had a long work week and not enough sleep, bad combo. It was a great episode, I was suprised too that the kiss went as far as it did, they fricking made out, I was expecting just a kiss. Then she goes and sleeps with Peter because she feels guilty, bad movie Alicia, bad fricking move. Sleeping with Peter will not make it all better. OMG Karen, I thought of you when Will asked Patty what the babies name was, and she responded "Bite me" and he said "is that dutch?? Too funny. You should name your firstborn child that. I will do a write up this weekend when I am more awake and not as grumpy, it will work out though, being no new ep. next week, will give us something to talk about.

Not enough Cary although I loved his sweater but this episode brought the love triangle to full gear I'm on team undecided I like her with both guys. I agree it was a bad move, Will did break my heart with bad timing i'm curious to what hapend more with their past.
