Okay, my second try at catching up. I finally watched this episode and I realized two things afterwards, one, great episode and two, I need to get myself checked in my obsession with Matt isn't healthy anymore. Like literally not healthy anymore, I actually hurt my leg because of it... But Cary was really good in this episode, even though I feel a little cheated. Did I miss something or did he really never got to "cash in" his reward? But since it felt like the focus had shifted a little, I can deal with that. Plus any episode that can make me really like Cary as opposed to my "Oh, look, Matt!"-Like is a clear winner in my book. Of course Cary does kinda have a headstart with me really, really wanting to like him and Matt bringing something very likeable to the character. Or maybe that's just the "Oh, look, Matt!"-effect again. Oh, and that scene with the deadline and Cary on the phone cracked me up. I wonder if Matt thought of Gilmore Girls during shooting

Alicia and Peter were really nice to watch. Despite everything he's done I really want those two to get a second chance. I like the way they act around eachother. It's obviously very tense, but there's also a sense of familiarty.
Will however just kept loosing points in my book. I was so annoyed with him, when he kicked Cary out of being second chair and I'm glad Diane addressed it, especially the way Will was clearly favoring Alicia. Plus he startled me with that throwing the file on the floor, just when I had finally stopped acting like a drugged retard everytime there was a glimps of Cary on the screen. Oh, who am I kidding, that behaviour never stopped. Will still startled me though.
I'm really curious how the Cary/Alica Situation will end. Obviously they're not gonna kick Alicia out of the firm, but I seriously doubt Cary will draw the short straw, it doesn't make any sense for the show, but I really have no idea how they're gonna resolve that problem.

Okay, I think I covered most of it... Oh wait, I also loved how Peters Plan blew up in his face, when everything got blamed on him and how they still had to clean up after him

At least I think that's how it went. But that's really it, I think.

What do you mean cheated on with his reward? you mean the kalinda reward??

I think we all had a gilmore feeling with that one scene

My guess is they keep both..
not sure what kind of reason they'll think of though for keeping them both

Yeah, I don't think Will took it very seriously either. I'm still glad it was at least adressed, because I'm hoping, that they'll make a small "storyline" out of it. I mean, Will favouring Alicia is very obvious.

I'm also pretty sure they'll keep them both, but it'll be interesting to see, how they do it, especially since they seem to have some sort of money trouble, with letting go of all this people. That was episode 6 right? I just watched them all back on back and I keep getting them mixed up. The only stuff that really sticks is Carys.

True and I hope it will be adressed more too, I think it will since the writers seem very obvious on putting Will's favorism out there plus Diane's dislike for it, I would be surprised if this conversationa bout it, were the last one.

The firing stuff was ep 5 or 6.. either one of them... but true, I had the same thought, that with the money issues its very interesting to see what kind of reason they think of to keep both, i can't think of anything right now apart from that both have qualities that the company wants to have??

That's why I was so glad it was adressed. It means the writers are aware of it and are doing it on purpose, which is necessary for a good TV Show.

Well, it seems kinda mean, to fire more people, so they can keep two unexpierenced newbies, when one of them was always suposed to go.. But maybe I'm just overthinking this.

I already watched all of them already, I'll just have to re-watch all of them, because they're kinda blurred together. With 6 I was so exited and on a Matt-Overdose that I wrote it all down immidiatly after the ep ended, and as you can see, I forgot about half the stuff and only remembered Cary

well, I suck at that kind of multi-tasking because I either forget about the board or the ep, most likely the board.

I'm actually really thinking they have. So far they were really good, very well written eps, the way they approach certain topics, they're taking there time... It looks really good.

haha it'snot always good to trust tv writers, I thinka t some point, you'll always dislike the writers for some stories..
