CBS - Alicia and Will have only 72 hours to find the smoking gun that proves the train company, and not the three engineers, is responsible for the crash, thus securing the widows their pensions the company is holding back. Meanwhile, Jackie and Alicia clash over taking the children to visit their father in prison.

I loved that last scene... I loved his 'Don't give up on me'

but overall, my review of the episode

alicia/Will - The other attorney (Played by Martha Plimpton) totally hinted at some interest from will's side, which was kinda obvious to everyone else, but it was nice to see Alicia dealing with it, that scene where they worked late in Will's office, kinda hinted that Alicia wasn't all that comfortable when she said 'I gotta go' I'm interested to see where this goes


Peter/Kids/Grandma/Alicia - Like I said above, loved the last scene between Alicia/Peter.. Very open moment from Peter right there, I loved it
I liked the scene between Jackie and peter too, first time we see them together on screen and they hit it off
I loved that the kids visited their dad, I expected Grace to be reluctant.
I understood why Alicia was mad, and Jackie had no right to do such a thing either, without consulting Alicia, well she did but Alicia said no. Jackie should have respected that IMO
Though it was kinda nice to see the kids there on their father's birthday

Diane/Kalinda - At first I did think it was Kalinda doing research about the new partner, but when Diane came on screen and Kalinda said 'Diane has a boyfriend' it became pretty obvious that Diane just wanted to know if he was being exclusive or not. Which he was not, kinda surprising story for Diane, but it was interesting to see.. Such a shame to see her hurt in that way though I hope to see more private related things for Diane soon


Alicia/Cary - in search (FINALLY) for a new assistant, I loved the old lady who smoked The final pick was not that surprising though when I heard that the assistant of the other attorney had quit. Some fun scenes between Cary and Alicia, seemed like Cary had a lot of fun when that old lady came by

the case - interesting case, what fascinated me the most was that Alicia put someone else in the same spot she was left a few months ago. But like Grace said, its her job.
the case itself was interesting how an affair was the ultimate thing that could prove how the company knew about the malfunction before the accident.

All in all, good episode!

Matt in the 'previous' hopefulyl means another A/C showdown

Oh it's going to be the first visit, interesting to know it official. And they are not foing it for the birthday?
