I made the title of the ep 'Home' ... I find most places that say its called that apart from teh press release, even the promo on cbs site says Home so I'll wait on the production blog which will say the title!

Yeah I'm curious to see it played out, but for sure the writer has an intriguing story to write about.. This episode intrigued me the first minute I read it in the spoilers thread

First time that not the Kings had written an episode but at least I didn't see a much different style. I loved especially how Dee Johnson wrote Kalinda today.

Case of the week: Liked it more than last week. It was nice that it brought back Alicias past a bit. And also showed that while she cared for their son alot andn believed that he was innocent, she doesn't want to go back to be friends with his parents after they let her down after the scandal. Loved especially the 'You are not going to call, we are not having lunch. And that's okay it really is' Also loved the judge's 'Some time before I go grey' when Cary took so long.

I really laughed a lot during this episode.

Diane: Again nothing much of her, I really hope that changes soon

Grace: Awww she is a soccer girl, well used to be one. That is adorable and I support it.

Loved her last scene looking out the window with Alicia.

Peter: I actually felt sorry for him during the phone talk like I knew I would after I saw the sp a few hours before the episode aired. I think he feels like he is losing contact to his family for good. Or maybe he is just unsure if Alicia is really busy or if she just doesn't want to talk to him anymore. Lots of Flashbacks today but I'll get to that in the Alicia part. Oh wait loved the 'Well not to bad for an old married couple, huh?'

Will: Less than last week but I liked the talk he had with Cary and when he said the reason why Alicia is so good is because she is natural. I think that was a good advice for Cary at that moment because he was trying way to hard.

Kalinda: Her character is one of the best things ever written. She cracks me up in every episode. Unbelievable.

I loved it when Cary said 'Reminds me of the HS I used to go too' she responded with 'Reminds be of the schools I used to vandalize'

Or when she was in the car with Alicia and that car past them because they were so slow 'A**'

Oh Klainda you rock my socks. Followed be her 'You should try it some time' to Alicia. Yeah...can't see that happening

Another great quote after ALicia said that she used to live here 'Ignoranz is a bliss' And come on how many 'Traditions' has Kalinda? First Tequilla, now Gin Martini?

Alicia: Another connection to her past like last week but a much easier for her than the strippers I would say. It was nice that she believed Kenny from the first moment on, even when his parents didn't that much. But there was something fishy from the beginning on when it came to the case so I also felt like Kenny was innocent. Lots of Flashback for her today, I liked especially those with Peter. WHich showed that they definitely were happy at some point not that far away. And how cute were they during that party or whatever it was? Adorable. Oh wait I shouldn't call it adorable because Rory GIlmore teached me that he shouldn't use 'adorable' to describe a couple. Also interesting to see that she still wears her ring, even when it looked in the beginning like she thought a moment about it earlier in the episode.

Cary: Cary, Oh Cary what I'm going to do with youl. Flirting with the ASA, to get what you want? If it would ever be that easy.

( also interesting that the filming pics we got of Matt/Jessica were not from an actual scene but just them waiting to get in the restaurante ) I think Danielle/Cary had potential (especially during their lunch) so I would like to see her again, maybe as his love interest? Cary clocked 225 the last months? Wow way to go Cary

Also his school comment definitely confirms what I thought from the beginning, that he comes from a rich family. And did I hear it right that Cary had never been to trial because of Alicia? I think I need to re-watch that scene. Like Will said with his 'She is naturaL' comment I really think Cary tried to hard at the beginning, but it was new for him so it's definitely understanable. The Arguments between Alicia/Cary were needed but it was nice to see them getting along after they one. I really think they could be a great team (together with Kalinda) in the future. What I also found interesting was how Cary went to Diane later to tell her how it did go. Not sure what I should realyl think about the scene. Taking all the credit for the case? Not nice. On a sidnote, really cute how Cary walked sometimes with his hands in his pants pockets. It's a Matt thing.Oh and I like how they pronounce 'Agos' we hadn't heard it yet as far as I can remember. And last but not least. OMG, how hot looked Matt in that scene with Will?

Alicia - when I first read about it in the spoilers I was excited for this case so I was glad to finally have it here. I love cases that hit so close to home... It was nice to see a former friend of Alicia's and it was cool that she hit 2nd chair because of that. Making Cary 1st

the final scene of her and the friend and how they would never meet again was totally ripped from the original pilot script, I for one was glad to not have that scene disappear fully from the show

Alicia/Cary - Loved that at first Alicia was not too thrilled to be on the case with Cary but as the ep continued on, you could see that both sides respected each other more and more.. Alicia's 'You'll get better at it' was a great line as was Cary's you're good at this stuff at the end of the ep

Cary - The fact that he had never actually been to court was surprising but also very interesting. It was interesting to see him struggle in that way, which makes the associate competition between him and Alicia far and far more interesting now.

I still sense that Alicia is Will's fav though (especially in that will/cary scene) and Diane favors Cary more (loved the diane/cary scene!)

Will - not much of him, so can't say that much. Nice quote from Will about Alicia having a natural talent for this stuff, though in another part I didn't like how he said it to Cary instead of Alicia..

Peter/alicia - poor peter.. alicia not having time for him. I loved the flashbacks to how they once were though!

Kalina & Diane - not much about them in all honesty

The Kids - pretty good story for them how they miss their old friends, so Im glad Alicia took them to their old friends.. Loved the final grace/alicia scene!!

Case - Loved the case, more of the fact that it brought mroe pieces together about Alicia's past. Pretty interesting that the watering system rules of teh grass was the deal breaker for the case that one of the witnesses was ying

In general it comes forward that TGW handles court cases differently.. You dont'see pre-trials that often on show, a lot of legal shows have their juries ready on hand. Its nice to see things handled differently here!
