I have seen a couple, but still, Katherine Heigl is the best actress ever. Not that I want her to date Keanu. As long as I know, she's happy with Josh Kelley.

No Dido news?

I'm pretty sure there are more good actresses in the world... and for sure a lot who are better than Lindsey Lohan.

No Dido news like always.

Very good example.

There were even Faithless pics at Wireimage. Dido could really have gone there with them.

Let's just pretend she was busy recording songs for her own album.

Maybe it will be on her new album, too.

Could be. Although... That would mean one totally new song less.

It could be a bonus track #2. Keep the faith.

No news, huh? In German magazines they are reporting again about your old Buena Vista Social Club news from the first post. I guess they released the album now.

News posted on Dido's myspace!

Faithless and Snoop Dogg borrow Dido

There are two new tracks out this month that we thought you folks might like to know about.

The new album from Faithless, To All New Arrivals, features Dido singing on a track called Last This Day. Click here to hear the full track on the official Faithless website.

Also, the new album from Snoop Dogg, The Blue Carpet Treatment, features a track called Round Here, which is built around a sample from Thank You (as selected by Dr Dre). Click here to buy it from the UK iTunes store or here for the US iTunes store.

I didn't copy the links as I know you won't buy it from iTunes.

LATEST 'ASK DIDO' ANSWERS

Hey folks. Sorry it's been a while since the last set of answers, but Dido's been flat out busy recording her new album. Anyway, here are the latest answers (keep those questions coming to kit@didomusic.com)...

Q. During recording, what are some of the things you do to unwind or escape the studio?
David
Newport News, VA, USA
Dido replies: Go driving into the desert or down the pacific coast highway. It's such a great way to listen to what you've done or listen to other music and clear your head. The other night I drove into Joshua Tree national park at 3am. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's so quiet and your imagination goes crazy with all the little animal noises and the shadows of the mountains. It's actually way more spectacular in my imagination in the middle of the night than it was the next day during the day when I could see it! I go hiking a lot and otherwise just sit staring into space with a beer in my hand. I'm a simple girl!

Q. Hello Dido. Having been in LA for some time now, are you missing anything from home (the weather, your friends and family)?
Best wishes
Rob
Coventry
Dido replies: I'm actually back home at the moment but yes I really miss my friends and family when I'm in LA. I miss clouds. I love it when I look up at the sky in LA and there's finally a cloud! Although it makes me homesick too. I miss walking everywhere, I miss my bicycle, I miss the local pub.

Q. Hi from Montreal! A quick and easy question for Dido, just to set things straight: the "guest vocals" (!) on "Me", the extra track of No Angel, that goes "don't be silly, you've never been to a bank in your life!": It's Rollo, isn't it?
Cheers!
J.S.
Dido replies: Yes it is. Well spotted.

Q. Hi Dido, I wonder how big is your chimneypiece, you've won so many awards, where do you keep them?
Brice
Dido replies: Ha ha. I've got them on a very low bookshelf where only TV technicians and people who've come to mend the floor can see them....

Q. Have you ever been to Greece and would you please make Greece a part of your next tour?
Thanks,
Christina
Dido replies: I've been to Greece many times. All around. I have family there too (in
Thessaloniki) and yes I will come to Greece next time!

Q. I understand you were raised without TV. Do you watch it now? And if so do you have a favorite show?
Michael
Dido replies: I don't really watch it much now. I'm too restless to sit in front of it most of the time. I watch DVDs sometimes. I love Six Feet Under, Sopranos, Bull**** (Penn and Teller) and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

NEW 'ASK DIDO' ANSWERS

Here are Dido's latest answers to the questions you've been emailing to kit@didomusic.com - keep those questions coming, the more original the better! Look out for more answers next week.

Q. Do you like playing Tennis?
Steven Michaelis, Germany
Dido replies: I love playing tennis. I used to play with my dad most mornings (I've never beat him - he's amazing) and I play with my brother still too. I'm a bit rubbish now because I haven't played for a while but I used to be obsessed.

Q. Dido, Have you had a chance to visit Arsenal's new stadium yet? Nice and modern looking but I wonder if it'll ever have that feeling that Highbury had. What is your fondest memory of Highbury?
JT, Chicago
Dido replies: Yes, I've been to the new stadium and it's pretty amazing. It still has a good vibe but it is quite overwhelmingly large!! I'm sure in a few years it'll start developing the well worn look of Highbury. I do miss Highbury, though, because I've been going there for 30 years. My fondest memories at Highbury are of queuing round the block when I was about 5 or 6 with my dad and brother (who I worshipped), eating sausage rolls and crisps and then sitting in between the two of them, eating more sausage rolls (I was a 'hungry' child....) and not really watching the football too much but learning all the chants and singing them to my mum when I got home. Stuff like 'the referee's a wanker' etc... That went down well....

Q. what is your favourite cartoon?
Mari, Spain
Dido replies: When I was a kid it was Asterix and Obelix. Or Tin Tin. I was addicted. Or Barbar the Elephant! Does that count?

Q. You've had so many different hairstyles, colours and cuts so I'd be very curious to know whether you have a favourite one.
George R., Romania
Dido replies: I loved it when it was short (around the time of Here With Me etc..) and I love it no
w! I always love what I do at the time and then I get bored and move on.
