Jena Malone. Both Jena and Mischa's early careers aren't that dissimilar, they both had an explosive drama early in their careers, Bastard Out Of Carolina for Jena, and Lawn Dogs for Mischa. In my head, I have been working on an idea for a film that i'd like to see Jena and Mischa in. I have the general plot and ending worked out, now i'm temped to mock up a poster, and maybe put together a trailer. Trouble is, i'm a numpty at this fan work stuff, it may take some time. I have enough films from both to attempt the trailer, I just haven't done anything like it before.

I agree- Jenna and Mischa would work well together.

I would love her to work with almost anyone from the Big Little Lies series, lol. I can't see how they'd get a second season, since they're almost through the book that the series is based on, but it's a great miniseries.

I had hoped that they might have been photographed at the same event, but not luck on that.

If I had a spare, let's say, $100M, lying around, i'd make my film.

Sisters? Loan me $100M and find out.

Jena also chooses roles that I feel like Mischa would appreciate, like Saved.

I think that goes both ways, Lawn Dogs is very much a film that Jena would have made (though after Bastard Out Of Carolina, Lawn Dogs would seem a little tame by comparison).

The more I think about the possibility, the more I want them in a film together.

And like Mischa, I think Jena does some of her best work in her indies.

I couldn't agree with you more. She's an indie actress through and through, it's where she started, and where she keeps returning.

I think I remember her first from making me cry in Stepmom, though. LOL.

It's hard not to get at least a bit chocked up while watching Jena's early films. Two others that come to mind are Book Of Stars and Hidden In America. Given that i'm such a fan of Jena's, I should remember what was the first film I saw her in, but having seen them multiple times, I can't. I think it might have been Saved.

Mine would have definitely been Stepmom, because I think my family actually watched it in the theaters. Saved really made take notice, though.

Yeah, those are likely to be two of her most well known films.

I would love to see her work with Sophie Turner (Sansa, Game of Thrones). They seem to have similar senses of humor.

Zoey Deutch! She's increasingly becoming a favourite actress of mine.
