I'm a little biased because I really like lower-budget horror movies in general, so this is right up my alley. Definitely one of the movies I'm most looking forward to.

I like it when movies have to rely more on lighting and camera work to get the scares. That can often be more effective than blood/gore or CGI work.

I think these guys might just be acting as a sales company for the movie, so once the title is picked up by a distributor(s), then I'm sure we'll get a re-cut trailer to coincide with a release date.

After watching the trailer a few times, I think this could be pretty decent, but it could also be bad. And I'm kind of a fan of lower budget thrillers if they are good. But Mischa needs to a good project. Something of substance. I don't mind her doing fluff and whatnot, but hope she'd have a good project in between. Also, did anyone else get a Walled In vibe from the trailer lol?

It's hard to say from the trailer how the movie will turn out, but it could be good. And this is a fairly juicy role for Mischa- it seems like this girl is in upheaval and basically a lot of her beliefs get turned on their head in a very short time. And I agree with Sam- I think shadows and "jump" moments are often more effective than gore and CGI torture porn.

Oh I definitely agree, although most "jump" moments have become so predictable. But I definitely will take a good atmospheric well done horror/thriller over CGI and torture porn anyday.

I like that this movie is a young ensemble. Even if a storyline isn't great, usually the chemistry between the cast is enough.

I don't actually expect a lot from horror movies, lol. Especially these days- I've really had my fill of torture porn and ESPECIALLY the gratuitous, offensive, extended rape scenes. I just like some decent chemistry and a few jump moments.
