I agree with this to an extent and it's the main reason why I personally don't hold it against any actor who decides to work with him. But on the other hand, I also don't watch his work.

As Liz mentioned, what is completely factual with not a shadow of doubt is his relationship with Soon Yi. Which in and of itself should be enough to give people pause and see the big "creepy" neon sign hanging above his head. But the whole industry completely ignores it.

That relationship lends itself to an inappropriate behavioural characteristic that he possesses, which nobody finds alarming.

The Soon Yi situation is actually what initially led to his movies being banned in my house when I was a kid, why my mother refused to watch them (and subsequently why I have never seen one of his movies). I mean, COME ON.

She is thirteen freaking years old in this picture. That is a wrap. He is an appalling, APPALLING excuse for a human being, and yes, I really do wish more people in Hollywood would acknowledge it. I'm not going to sign off of Mischa's fandom, lol, I still watch and enjoy Cate Blanchett movies, Emma Stone movies (Scarlett Johanssen is a little different, because her defense of him, to the point of attacking Dylan Farrow, was offensive and I've never looked at her the same way since). But I wouldn't watch or support any movie he was involved with, and I'd be disappointed.

I have seen a handful of his films, but not becuase they are Woody Allen films, but because an actor/actress I like was in them.

I think it's tougher to do that in the movie business than in an everyday job.

It certainly is! I'm frantically checking all of the sites I know in the hope that there's already some HQs up, but I think I'll have to wait a while yet - If I can!!
