I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that maybe "This is Not Miami" is just a working title. We've had first hand experience with Mischa's ever changing film titles.

So I looked up just "Miami" as a keyword and corresponded that with titles slated for production in 2008. The only plausible title role that I could find is called "The Miami River Cops" on IMDB. IMDB is usually very slow with updating indie information so it wouldn't be surprising for such a movie to change names.

And the synopsis:

Based on a true story from historical moments in time from the infamous police scandal in the cocaine-crazed era in Miami in the mid-1980s amidst the exodus of Cuban immigrants - Good vs. Evil, heroism, murder and intrigue.

It sounds like something Mischa could potentially be interested in.

But obviously I could be dead wrong as I'm literally grasping for anything lol.

Hmm. I dunno. That seems...far fetched. And unless what she's wearing are her own clothes (which would be interesting since she usually doesn't dress so simply), that's totally not '80s and would not fit that plot. LOL.
