Speaking of bloody shows, I tend to watch Chicago PD in chunks when I'm bored, lol, and I watched the premiere of the latest Chicago show and the whole crossover, and man, that show is fond of killing off family members of major characters! I think three have been brutally murdered in under a year. That whole team should enter their entire families into Witness Protection.

I tried to watch Chicago Fire when it first started but couldn't quite get into the cast dynamic. So never bothered to check out the rest of the franchise.

Meanwhile, is it just me or is Archie actually a useless character? Thankfully the show is called Riverdale.

Betty and Veronica run the show hands down. And Jughead has stepped up too. Betty and Jughead, I see it.

Also, the moment where Betty tightens her ponytail before charging in is why I think I stan her.

Other than naturally wanting to protect Archie from his pedophile teacher, I'm not really here for him. Especially because Luke Perry plays his dad and so I'm constantly reminded of how he was an ACTUAL charismatic leading male on a teen show, lol.

I definitely think that Betty and Veronica and Jughead are where it's at.

Chicago PD doesn't have the old brilliance of original recipe Law and Order, but I definitely think their cast vibes much better than Chicago Fire. One of the main characters lost his daughter this week, and you could feel it reverberate throughout the cast, because they actually seem like a unit.

I don't really care all to much for Jughead either tbh but I can see the CW having the writers go with him for a bit. CW gonna CW.

I really never thought I'd miss him, lol. I still don't think he was anything approaching a good President, or often even a mediocre one, but I miss how unflappable he is. Nothing ever set him back, lol. Throw a shoe at him during a press conference? He just ducks and then moves on with his day. I got the impression he genuinely never watched Will Ferrell imitate him- I can't imagine him throwing some hissy fit over SNL.
