I think the bigger drama was that some tabloids are cropping them really close up just to highlight the skin perfections.

I haven't watched anything this week yet. My schedule is messy as hell but I'm not shocked that Tony and Kerry are getting praised once again. The show is nothing without their amazing chemistry. I think Shonda should just caput Jake and Liv even if Olitz aren't together because it's embarrassing at this point. It's like Lindsey and Lucas all over again except Lindsay was only mildly crazy compared to that psycho Jake who makes Ali look like a saint.

Also, the surprise reveal of who saved Liv was really cool.

It's Shonda, lol- I don't know how any of her pairings have come back from anything. I think Callie got back together with Arizona after Arizona's response to Callie finding out she cheated on her was "Maybe I'll chop off your leg now" (I don't even know what happened in most of that, I watched that scene on YT, but what.the.****).

The direction from here seems to be Mellie's race to be President, that might be a fun angle.

I just really want them to get away from the overly heightened nonsense. You want a bit of a heightened reality, but without losing grip on all sense of reality. They finally put the B316 stuff to bed (sort of), and then went with this silly Olivia kidnapping storyline.

That would NEVER happen, lol. I don't mean never never, but Mellie would need to do SOMETHING other than be First Lady in the major realm of politics before anyone would vote her into the White House (see: Hillary becoming a senator, etc). Also, even with high approval ratings there tends to be a kind of fatigue from any political family after eight years in the White House. Even for Scandal, that would be ridiculous.

Although if Jake leaves, I will put up with a LOT, I'm just saying.

Also, guess who went to get groceries this morning, saw that they were selling Girl Scout cookies, and completely forgot about her groceries as she bought several boxes of cookies? *raises hand*
