Yeah, but the autopsy report doesn't clearly indicate that, unfortunately, which will drown out the witnesses (although it doesn't guarantee he wasn't- all it means is that he wasn't shot in the arm WHILE having his hands up, which I don't think anyone has said he did. His friend confirmed he got shot in the hand in the car, but says he was trying to pull away. But still, if a grand jury isn't led CSI style, they'll probably never indict a cop.

You're right. I just can't believe this wont even go to trial. I feel so awful for his family and that community. I can't believe their are those who have more sympathy for the murderer than an unarmed kid who was going to college the same week he got killed.
