I think GG could go either way. It's very expensive, especially with the hype behind the actors (appearance in publications, etc) that's probably causing them to ask for bigger paychecks. NYC is not only expensive to film in, but difficult too. They have all these stipulations. TVD is filmed in ATL which is dirt cheap, and I imagine the actors are cheaper than on GG and the only regulars to appear in all episodes have been the main 3. And it still gets better ratings. But The CW still sees GG as it's flagship show, for whatever reason. And they seem to use that as justification for renewal year after year.

And yeah, no way on the Alias bit.

Blake Lively makes way to much money for a show that barely gets 2 million. 70k per episode after 3 yrs? OTH took the actors 7 season's to get that much lol

Yeah, sorry to Blake, but her show is just not successful enough to warrant that kind of salary. I think unless there's a drastic shift in ratings, there's going to have to either be a budget cut or they'll just cancel the show. No amount of scheduling holes will change a show that is so unprofitable to the network.

Mischa was on around 100k by season 3 but her show was at least watched by people.

70k was from forbs list I saw earlier this year. Blake and Chace are the highest paid. Tom Welling man that guy is set for life just for playing Clark Kent.

I'm more shocked that Miley Cyrus is getting paid 15k per. Disney is cruel since she has single handed kept that network running in the last 4 or 5 yrs lol

Ellen get payed like d $200,000 per eppy and I dunoo if she got a rise she signed for S8 and same for Patrick but both are VERY well payed but GA does bring millions to ABC reading about it.
