I don't know- BA were extraordinarily popular, even online. There were entire HUGE fanfiction sites dedicated to I Will Remember You alone. But I do feel, and it's eternally aggravating to me, that ships are being impacted greatly by a very small minority, because that minority is extremely vocal.

Yeah like for example in GG ( I know you hate it),but the Chuck and Blair not even scripted they tried them out in S1 and they had a great vocal making it known they are popular as a couple so this why they are written as OTP now.

And then in S2 he never goes back in the office, lol.
