I agree with the reviews that say that this is not Addison. I don't know who the **** that character is, lol, but she's annoying and flighty and get her off my screen. Ironically, she's the worst character on the show. Well, except for Piz, I guess.

I don't like Addison and I didn't watch her show but I think that we never saw the real Addison on GA. We knew only an adulterous wife in the second season and we saw brief scenes in the third season. Now she's the lead actress of a new show and her fans will start to know her. Lead actors have focus. People bashing Meredith because she has more focus in her show and she has big dramas. Now it's Addison's time. Anyway I'm not sad if her show will fail, especially because if it will happen she won't return on GA.

Private Practice (14.4 mil) came away with a slight lead over Bionic Woman (13.6 mil) in total viewers, though Jaime Sommers drew a slightly sexier demo. (Note: The Grey's eppy that laid the foundation for the spin-off drew 21 mil. Apples, oranges, I know.) Criminal Minds was No. 3 with 12.7 mil (a 23 percent plunge from a year ago). Gossip Girl (2.55 mil) was down 30 percent from its debut.

1. VM was cancelled for a show that sucks in the ratings just the same? WAH!
2. PP did pretty well, but not GA well.
3. DSM is AWESOME. All you need to watch so it gets better next week.

DSM isn't horrible, I don't think. But they do need to hold or get better. Sigh. Come on, it's awesome, people!

There's no way around the fact that the Gossip Girl numbers are incredibly disappointing. They weren't expecting mere OTH numbers from the show; The CW was very open about that. OTH was an "on the bubble" show last season, not a hit. It barely got renewed. They were expecting Gossip Girl to be like, their biggest show.

I think that the bottom line is that The CW merge was a total failure. Part of VM I do blame on RT, because he could've come up with something better and I think it was really bratty of him not to write a proper finale. But I also blame part of the decline of quality on The CW- all the VM writers were talking about how they got all scripts sent back to them like four or five times with demands to make them lighter- that had to get frustrating and just make them want to give up after awhile.
