You know, it pisses me off that Jo is revealing all these new “facts” through the media. If she wanted people to know about everyone's jobs, she should've put that in the bloody book. The way I see it, she wrote the epilogue only to leave no doubt whatsoever about the shipping outcome. She says she wanted to make it “poetic”, which…okay. I mean, sure, what's more poetic than talking about Draco's receding hairline or Teddy and Victoire snogging?

And then she says Harry, Ron and Hermione totally “revolutionized” the wizarding world. When the impression I got by reading the crapilogue is that NOTHING had changed. You still could see the same prejudiced ideas (i.e. Slytherins = bad, etc.) that existed when Harry and the others first went to Hogwarts. Did Harry's actions make no difference? Of course they did. But we don't see this. We don't see any change in the wizarding world other than Voldemort being gone. It's almost like Jo wanted to leave room for another story to begin.

And then there's Luna and Neville. She said that they would definitely not get together, cause they were too different and didn't have the ingredients for “true love”. And now she says she changed her mind but didn't put them together because it “felt too neat”. LMAO. Cause having a OBHWF ending wasn't too neat?

And finally, I don't believe Mr. Weasley was the one who got the reprieve. I'm almost sure it was either Hagrid or Ron, but I'm leaning more towards Ron. I just don't think she had it in her to kill someone from the trio. Which I think is great, cause the fans would've been devastated. But to say Mr. Weasley got the reprieve? No way. What did he do after book 5 (when she said he was gonna die) that was so important that she just couldn't kill him? I don't get it. And then she killed Fred.

So yeah, in my opinion she shouldn't have included the epilogue in the book. It gave us NO information, it was poorly written, and it just didn't fit with the rest of the book. I personally think that, after noticing how 90% of the fans hated it, she's trying to do some damage control by answering all these questions. Questions that we definitely wanted answered, not in an interview, but in the BOOK itself.

Oh, and LMAO about totally ignoring any information on Ginny. For that, and ONLY for that, I will forgive you, Jo.
