I'm used to bats, because we've had them around our house since I was a little girl (they eat bugs, like thousands a night, so it's not a bad thing), but at my sister's open house last weekend, some of her friends got so freaked out by them they wouldn't stay outside and sat in their car. It was soooo freaking funny!

LOL! I think you read about my bat problem on my LJ. We had one get into our house a few years ago, but it was almost cute. I remember it hid on top of our bookcase and just peeked out at us. We got it to leave through the garage.

Yeah, I did. Remember, I was the one who told you to keep a tennis racket handy, because they work well at killing them. We've had them in our house, too. My cat LOVES to kill bats (and birds, chipmunks, moles, basically any small animal she can get her paws on.)

Wonder if Ziggy could do that? LOL!

My cat will kill anything, but I didn't have her when the bat got into my house, lol. Just my two precious but useless boy cats.

You're right, female cats are a lot more useful. We had a male, once, and he was the LAZIEST thing in the world, adorable, long, grey fur, but just slept all day long...and mean! He got sick, so he had to be put down, but Akasha, that's our cat now, she's a beast but super nice.

My cat is four pounds. She'll never get any bigger. And she bitchslaps my 10 pound Persian and 13 pound black and white cat around like nobody's business. LOL.

Our cat always wins the battle with my brother's STUPID (and I'm not joking there) dog. His dog is freaking scared as hell of her! LOL!

A kitten followed my fiance home two nights ago. We think our downstairs neighbors left her behind when they moved. It was so cute. I wanted to keep it. Then my dogs came into the room. The litte one was terrified of the cat who was half Kiki's size and Kiki ran into the bedroom under the bed. Then the older, bigger dog tried to walk past the kitten and the kitten attacked him.

Jose and I decided that we couldn't keep the cat.
