Vaccines, terribly, are often agreed upon as "dangerous" by weird hippies and super far right people. Hence the long-standing problem with childhood vaccines in California.

I literally remember pulling research for it for the scientists at the biosciences library where I worked from 2016-2019. Meaning it was a THING BEFORE 2020 (it's actually been a thing from around 2006, lol, but I have concrete proof I have seen with my own eyes scientists were actively researching it years before COVID).
