Nice to see Mischa in the pages and on covers here once again. I hope that with Closing the Ring and St. Trinian's being released next month, that she'll be on some March/April mags.

I'm dying for another Aussie Vogue cover. She's due for one cause I think the last time was in July 2006.

I love how Mischa does exclusive stuff for various countries. Like she'll shoot for UK Vogue, separate for Aus Vogue and again separate for Vogue Inidia and Vogue Spain.

Mischa Barton Charged With DUI

TMZ has learned the L.A. District Attorney is charging Mischa Barton with driving under the influence, stemming from her December 27 arrest.

The former "O.C." star was pulled over in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops said she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

They edited the story to include the fact that she's being charged with four different offences:

TMZ has learned the L.A. District Attorney is charging Mischa Barton with four misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana (under an ounce) -- all stemming from her December 27 arrest.

LMAO. Isn't driving under the influence automatically meaning that her ba level is over .08? WTF?

And I can't believe they're charging her for having UNDER AN OUNCE of marijuana. LOL.

On TMZ, they said her NEXT court date is on Feb. 28. So apparently there was one today?

I'm sure she pleaded guilty. I don't know what that means exactly as in...how the process goes from here.

I can't wait for it all to be over and done with. We had moved on so quickly and so well and now this is just going to bring it all back again.

The court date should have been the next day lol.
