This is getting better lol.

I feel really let down by all this. She's worked so hard since being evicted from The OC and this single act has just gone and undone everything.

Now she's going to be labeled all sorts of things.

If anything, it's let down her fans. I wouldn't worry about what people are labeling her. The haters already labeled her before today.

I couldn't care less what the haters think, but I do feel like Mischa has leaped over mountains the last 12 months to really bite into her work and prove herself as an actress. The general public isn't going to know that, they aren't going to care.

And I worry about this affecting her film releases and her contract with Keds. Especially her contract with Keds.

Mischa's DUI is being feautred on the fricken news here. Mug shot and all. I was hoping it wouldn't be a real story.

I just don't think it will effect her work as an actress. Maybe her contract with Keds, but her acting skills have nothing to do with what happened.

ETA: To clarify, I mean this isn't a Lindsay Lo situation where Mischa is bringing this behavior to the set or what not. She's professional and this happened on her own time. I doubt it will effect film releases or other film opportunities.

Personally I would never ever be able to lead a full life like hers but she seems to have always pulled it off very well...always friendly, always a smile 4 everyone...she must have got under a lot like A LOT of pressure to do that...idk but to me the thing smells, I want to hear HER version of the facts.

I'd actually like her to just go on with life quickly and smoothly. I hope the restaurant opening still happens and hopefully she'll attend Sundance and all that.

I did just realize that the trial date is set smack in the middle of when Mischa was supposed to be in Aus for the premiere of Closing the Ring

WHY. lol. WHY. Any other date, please.

If Shia, Kiefer, JRMeyers, Bill Murray, etc, can get through an arrest and still hold a career, I'm sure Mischa will be fine. I mean, Kiefer's had like, 4 DUI's. LOL. I'm not justifying anything, but Mischa is certainly not the first person to go through this, and even now, this is her FIRST offense. It's not like she's been running around LA for years with this behavior.

Oh, is the trial date really at the same time as the premiere? Boo. I hope that changes. LOL.

I totally agree Jess. It's not like she's been doing this throughout her career and it's not like she chases down people in her car while coked out. This is the first time anything like this has happened, and I think, Mischa can clean up her public image. The public/media whatever, is going to talk no matter what. I think Mischa will come out of this a stronger, better person and we're all witnesses to how hard she works. She's a hard worker. We all wonder when she sleeps, lol. So, if she keeps that up, she'll have no problem with a career.

Let's just hope this is her first and ONLY offense.

I don't think it will affect her acting career, but her reps may need to work that much harder to get her those auditions! It could affect her other contracts/promotions though. All in all, I'm pretty sure she'll get over this, but if she does have a problem, I hope she gets help, if it's a one off thing, then I'm glad she got caught, so she doesn't do it again!!

She will. If she keeps a low profile for a few weeks, it'll be forgotten.

I'm glad she didn't hurt herself or someone else. That's the most important thing.

Oh and how does she not have a license? Is it maybe she didn't have the class of license that allows her to drive at certain times until she gets her full license. Maybe a Cali resident may know!
