I know we're all disappointed by this, but the way FB is reacting is not appropriate for a fan thread, and especially not here. I just wanted to tell people in advance. LOL.

TMZ reported that she's been released. We'll see what happens.

She wasn't released because they didn't pay the bail. It seems like they finally did at 10 am. Maybe Mama Barton was teaching her a lesson, lol.

Drugs weren't mentioned in the police report or quoted by the department, so I'm assuming that wasn't true.

She looks so exhausted in those pics! But she's still so cute to me. LOL.

12-27-07 West Hollywood, CA... Actress Mischa Barton is released from custody after she was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood. Barton was pulled over and handcuffed after police found narcotics in her car and that she was driving without a license. The actress spent the night in jail before she was bailed out in the morning by her mother.



YES the drug thing its just a tabloid gossip, after all its clear no?? You say DUI and its automatically DRUG! WTFFF

I wish I could give Mischa a deep deep deep deep hug right now. Just to let her know Im with her, always!

ps. Mama Barton is my idol!! Look her in the first pic!!! She would have stabbed the paps if she had a knife!!! OMG *bows*

Poor poor Mischa, but it wasn't too smart what she did. We can only hope that she has learned from it. It looks like she feels horrible. And not like other celebs who get released and they are just smiling.

About the drugs: tabloids always have to make it worse then it is. When there is no mention in an official report of drugs, its not true to me.

Apperentaly (sp?) her name is changed into Burton, lol
