We aren't even sure Mischa was actually there. No photos = no proof. She's been "spotted" a million times even when she's not even in the country.

But assuming this time its a real story, Homecoming wraps in a little over a week so if she's not on set there is no plausible way that she stars in the film. Indies suck. You never know what the **** is going on lol.

Nuala is still listed as an executive producer on the production company's website but then Mischa is also still listed as the star.

The photos of Mischa with Ziggy and Charlie post-arrest are featured in this week's OK! Magazine in Australia. One shot even makes it on to the cover, lol.

The article doesn't say anything new but it does talk about how sad and somber she is. I think Mischa's team might be getting exactly what they wanted out of the photos.

A guy from m-f said that Mischa is also in this week's People magazine. It is not a flattering article and has plenty of "unnamed sources" and people "close" to her saying that she is no different from Paris, Lindsay or any other young Hollywood types except that she hadn't been caught. And also that her mom and dad are furious with her, (which may explain her glum expression lately)

"unnamed sources" makes me laugh so hard, they probably are the editorial staff -___-'
The only point which might be true is the one about her parents...gosh Hell hath no fury like a scorned Nuala *bites nails* poor Meesh!

I don't even know what that could mean because even Paris and Lindsay are different from each other unless we're now claiming that anyone who gets a DUI are the ~same~, but at least Mischa continually works, has glowing praise and reviews from directors/co-stars, and seems to be listening to her "people" on how to handle the situation. If she was out of control or really stubborn, she'd be running around like Lohan or Brit.
