| ‘I’ve dated a lot of Hollywood idiots – but I still believe in true love...’ She may be a beautiful, successful actress, but that hasn’t stopped Mischa Barton attracting the wrong men – in fact she says she finds meeting the right man just as hard as the next girl. ‘Finding prospective boyfriends in Hollywood can be difficult. I have met a lot of idiots,’ she says. ‘But that comes with the territory.’ The London-born actress is currently single, after splitting with rock star and club owner Cisco Adler last year, but says she’s learning how to deal with dodgy blokes. ‘I don’t accept bull***** from people. I have a very tight circle of friends who have a good radar for people who are out for the wrong things.’ Still, Mischa reveals she’s had her fair share of good ’uns. ‘I’ve been lucky in love. Personally, I’ve been in love more than once which I think is hard to come by.’ The 21-year-old admits she is ‘a bit of a romantic’ but says she’s also learnt to be more cynical about relationships. ‘Once you have been in love a few times you know the pitfalls and you know what to watch out for.’ The actress is currently starring in Closing The Ring as a young woman who sacrifices her entire life for the man she loves, and says she definitely believes in true love. ‘I just think it happens to people at different ages. I find it frustrating to fall in love at my age because you are so young and it is a frustration and a distraction more than anything.’ As well as philosophising about love, Mischa also has to get naked in the film, but says she wasn’t shy about it. ‘It’s not gratuitous. | Mischa caught partying with white lines?  The last inductee into the 2007 Celebrity DUI club, Mischa Barton was spotted partying with the aid of "White Lines" at Teddy's Friday night. The SONG, not the drug! Although sources say she was drinking what looked to be a Kir Royal (champagne and cassis) in a champagne glass while dancing along to the classic Grandmaster Flash track and partying with friends.
