Anyway, overall I think it was a good interview. He was a nice interview- sympathetic and not pushy. Watching the whole thing, she actually DOES seem to think she was targeted because she's Mischa Barton. She also singles out her neighbor for taping her and selling it rather than helping her the night she was drugged, which good point.

She never explicitly says her mother gave her the pills, but she says her "family didn't think she was ready" (to work so much) and then said "people who didn't think she was ready gave her the pills to keep her energy up". So I think she's insinuating it. Especially saying she "came home to a group of people that ended badly".

She's actually very hard on herself overall- she says she blames herself for putting herself in some of these situations, and trusting people she shouldn't have trusted (that's more about the sex tape), and she mentions that she hates to disappoint fans/people she's working for. I definitely think the press narrative on her frustrates her.

Shallow note: she looked beautiful.

But hooray, that video did work It's just so sad that all Mischa needed was someone to look out for her best interests. It would have avoided every bad situation.

I agree- it seems like she had people more interested in making money off of her or using her name for attention every single step of the way, and not people close enough to her who just wanted to protect her.
