I just always remember that the first thing she got- and she was 16/17 years old at the time- with her first big OC paycheck was a car for her mother. And I thought that was so sweet, and now it just strikes me as so sad. The younger celebs who seem to be able to keep it together always seem to have a strong family foundation. I think of the way Emma Watson talks about her family, and I wish Mischa had that.

 And it's rare to actually have a group of friends who can replace family. Especially in a place like Hollywood, I would think.__________________

I really do wish she'd have her home base NOT be in LA, and only go there to work or whatever. I don't think it's a very healthy place for a lot of people.

UGHHHH, that photographer should be sued.
In terms of appreciation though, I forgot to highlight, but Huffington Post had her story on their front page most of the weekend, and it was always in their byline that she was dosed with GHB. Not that she was a star in some kind of meltdown, but the victim of a crime. Go HuffPo. __________________

Yeah, she definitely needs a bit more stability in her life right now, and probably a break from LA.
Regarding the media coverage, I see that the Daily Mail has picked up on her new Instagram post, but can't resist turning it into another negative article.  |

The main site no more?
I haven't been on much, but when I went to the main site to see if I had missed any news/events, I saw that the domain name had expired. Is that 'it' for the main site? If so, that's a shame, but I appreciate the work that must go into keeping it running.
