Oh, absolutely. He's already insisting the result must be final on November 3rd, which is pure nonsense and never the way it's been done, but would favor him because more Dems are voting early and absentee and in some battleground states (such as PA and WI) those get put into the averages later.

That's going to be a hard sell, because state laws just don't work that way and he can't magically make them. Every state is different, but they usually officially certify around late November, early December. California is the middle of December. LOL.
