I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS MOVIE. I think I said this in like, OT, lol, but it's actually got a point here. #1, this is very close to where I live, in a town I go to all the time. I've actually BEEN to the places they filmed at. I'd be excited about this movie no matter who was in it; the fact that my favorite actress is in it is like, the best thing ever. Also, the plot of this movie sounds so great, so REAL. And Kat sounds like one of Mischa's coolest characters ever.

I also think Richard Attenborough had a big effect and influence on Mischa, and I'm interested to see her obviously in CtR that he directed, but also in this role that she filmed after taking a course at his school.

Is the movie told from Kat's POV? I'm kind of getting that vibe...with the strong female character bit and the top left position on the poster. I dunno.

The original descriptions made it sound like it was more about Ryan's character.

Hopefully more details will start to emerge soon.

I'm going to email the production company and see if they can get back to me with anything. They seem to be a fairly small company so hopefully they will be more willing to share some information.

I think Mischa will definitely be heavily promoted; they seem to be using her and Beau Bridges for news bulletins. Also, the other actors mention those two, lol (I love you, Bianca).

I think they could really market this movie to a wide audience as well.

Mischa would be more of the mainstream. Beau would be the older audience. And Ja Rule would reach the more urban demographics. Not many people know Ryan, but he was on Summerland. And I'm assuming the Mischa/Ryan angle will be used in Australia as the movie has been mentioned a few times in small clippings and things already.
