I think Rachel McAdams could play Marissa...aside from the age thing.

Yeah, and since she is quite a bit older, that could get in her way, but she is also a tremendous actress.

ooh yeah I could definitley see Rachel McAdams playing Marissa. She's a great actress and if she were a few years younger I think she could do it. And I agree with what you guys said for Rachel Bilson.. I can't imagine her being Marissa. I just don't think she can pull off the whole serious-alcoholic type role. I can't really see her playiing anything else besides a ditzy party girl type like Summer.

Amy, apparently you haven't seen Rachel's "Unbroken" video she did for RAINN. Major talent there. I think she could play a serious role because she did in that video and was amazing. whoaa Brit thanks for the caps! I acutally did see that vid like a year ago but i completley forgot about it. And you're right she is very talented and was amazing in that vid. And I love Rachel and I do think she's really really talented but I still can't see her as Marissa.. i guess I'm just used to her as Summer.
