I'd say it's on par with Walled In. So I'm not sure about top 5, but it's definitely much better than many of the other recent outings.

Walled In was still a more successful movie cause there was more insight into the reason behind the villain, that's where The Hoarder falls down.

I've had a look on Shamazon US and there is no sign of a DVD release. But on Shamazon UK, I found a German release, retitled to 'Bunker'...
 EDIT Ok, that image was a bit too big, i'll try another.... that's better. This happened with 'Mining For Ruby'. It had a Greek release first, then a US release not long afterwards. |

Good news, Shamazon US have a date for the DVD, April 5th. No sign of a UK release yet, though. But we are getting the DVD of Hope Lost in March, while there's no sign of a US release.
