Rose is a psyco. She counted her surgeries with Derek and he never saw her. I didn't find her likeable and her and PD haven't chemistry. I don't know why Shonda wants to torture MD couple. Fans are tired.

im sorry , but Derek going for some scrub nurse he did not even know her name is totally lame there is no way he gonna pick her over meredith any day .at least with addie Derek was Married to her for years and if Rose is a nurse How come Mark did not sleep with her already

I just give up, lol. Shonda's disdain for Meredith is so evident in this storyline; it's so very Marissa. It's to the point where it's like "Take him, Rose." Rose is perfect for his arrogant ass, counting all the surgeries she's been in with him. She'll obsess over him even more than her job. It's interesting that he keeps finding 'em younger and lower on the career chain. Maybe Ellis was right about him.

Anyway if the script about season finale is believable, I'm done.

I could totally related its like another Lindasy or saddie , she is also to put up Derek big ego he love it when somone admire him and this Nurse she seem older then Meredith like in Derek age group

The actress is MUCH younger; she's in her late 20s. I agree that she didn't so much look it from the glimpse I caught of her, though.

the actress age in GA does not really matter like when Addison showed up she said Meredith was younger while in Real life Ep and KW are closer in age .
Meredith is 28 since Alex said Lexie is 24 by time in GA .
Anyway back to Meredith and Derek she has done progress in forever young she talked to Derek and held his hand what more does the guy want

It just baffles me that they write the most ridiculous characters to replace the lead love interests. If we're supposed to believe he's going to throw away Meredith, than at least make it a tiny bit believable.

I read an article somewhere saying that Shonda is "MerDering" Grey's and that rings so true. She's going to kill the show just as quickly as she built it.

Obviously MD can't be together every season but if you're going to split them than you have to make it an even playing field. And it makes it even worse that the character is purposely written to cause as much discomfort for Meredith. She's a bloody nurse at the same bloody hospital. What's the bet Shonda shoves Meredith in with Derek surgeries and the nurse just happens to be there every single time.

Arghhhh. It's going to be depressed Marissa and forced love affair Ryan/Sadie all over again. Booooooo.

Exactly. And be all evil Meredith's fault because she has the audacity to want to work through her lifetime's worth of issues instead of swooning at Derek's generic, manipulative, and completely unromantic never-ending speeches. Watch ONE speech of Vaughn's, Shonda. ONE. And then tell me again how "romantic" Derek is. Pretty hair does not equal romantic. A speech that starts out so generic that it's like he's recited the lines to a dozen different women and then ends with a sucker punch does NOT equal romantic.

I wouldn't even care, honestly, if I thought Meredith would be okay and remain the lead character. But Izzie already sucks up some of her airtime and the sainted woman who is worthy of McDreamy will suck up more, and Meredith will be forced to be miserable and mopey because we didn't have THAT for all of S2. If I thought Meredith would be okay, would spend a little time as a kickass doctor and then find someone better than Derek- which right now wouldn't take much- I'd be fine. I never watch Derek's scenes if he's not with Meredith anyway. I tried, he annoyed me, I stopped.

LOL, Liz. Your Derek comments are hilarious. I still like Derek when he's with Meredith but then when he's not with her, he might as well not be on the show.

this is so Ryan and Saddie plot at the end lets Hope saddie ( Rose ) Realize she does not fit in to Derek world and take the way out herself and in my opinion Meredith has done enough moping and crying for Derek in S2 after he left her

It's his SPEECHES I can't stand, because #1, they're overly sappy. "I want to die in your arms at 110" or some such crap. No one talks like that, Derek. No one wants to talk like that, either. And #2, there's always an underhanded slap to them; it's always "I love you in spite of the ways I've decided you suck on this particular day" or "I'll love you until someone better comes along". There's conditions to his speeches, always.

That is my WORST fear. And very Marissa, to bring things full circle. I mean, how did The Ex Factor end with MARISSA proclaiming her feelings to RYAN despite Ryan being the one to demean their entire relationship? And if Meredith even goes back to him, let alone pursues him, if he becomes seriously involved with Rose, it'll be pathetic.
