And they're SO FUNNY if you've ever lived in NYC. I remember his last one he was describing a club that "was a CVS before becoming a Chase Bank before becoming a CVS again" and I almost died because Chase Bank and CVS locations look exactly the same and pop up in exactly the same places in NYC.
