Here's a series of videos I stumbled onto. It's three parts. Someone put together parts of a ton of her performances showing off her versatility. They are very well done. Even label all the songs, etc. I also have to say that it's so fun seeing all these performances in one place. I still love watching the first time she sang Fancy, for example, because you can just tell she is super excited. I can't help but smile.

Ok, my apologies for the DP, but HOLY CRAP her voice was on on Ellen!!

She pushed that "agaiiiiin" note in SUBG and it was flawless!!

She really did. It looks to me like she's having a blast performing I Do Not Hook Up. She seems more into it than when she started performing My Life Would Suck Without You.
